The company was founded by Smadar Moyes, Culinarian and Author of the cookbook "Morocco: Meals of the Mellah." Her cookbook is unique, as it contains recipes of the mellahs of Old-World "French Morocco."  Her sauces are right out of the mellahs of Morocco and ready to enjoy.
